• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped, orders to US and Canada can take anywhere from 2-5 weeks to arrive, and for everywhere else from 2-10+ weeks. PLEASE BE PATIENT, as once the package is shipped, arrival time is out of my control! Unless you did pay extra for a tracking number, I have no way to provide updates. Thank you!

• Can I get a tracking number?

  Short answer: not if you don't want to pay an extra $4-10.

  Unfortunately, adding a tracking number to regular mail in Canada costs $10/piece with Canada Post, and $3.55 with USPS. I have not added this extra cost with the shipping rates because I believe it would affect sales.

  I have sold many items before without using tracking numbers, and have had ~1% lost mail. In the unlikely event that your package does not arrive within the estimated time, please contact the store directly and we can work something out!

  If you would like to pay extra for a tracking number, please send me a message directly and we can set something up via PayPal!

If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
